When planning a wedding, it’s easy to forget to make time for yourself.

We’re starting off with core exercises!

There are 4 total exercises in this workout. Each exercise should be performed 3 times (a.k.a 3 sets).

1/4 – Forearm Plank Hip Rolls

  • 12 to 30 reps of Plank Hip Rolls (depending on skill level) = 1 SET
  • Take a 15 sec break in-between sets
  • Goal is to complete 3 sets

2/4 – Baby Crunches + Reverse Crunches

  • 12 to 30 reps of Baby Crunches (depending on skill level) + 12 to 30 reps of Reverse Crunches (depending on skill level) = 1 SET
  • Take a 15 sec break in-between sets
  • Goal is to complete 3 sets

3/4 – Dumbbell Russian Twists

  • 10 to 30 reps (depending on skill level) = 1 SET
  • Take a 15 sec break in-between sets
  • Goal is to complete 3 sets

4/4 – Elbow to Knee + Hand to Toe Crunch

  • 10 to 20 reps RIGHT SIDE (depending on skill level) + 10 to 20 reps LEFT SIDE (depending on skill level) = 1 SET
  • Take a 15 sec break in-between sets
  • Goal is to complete 3 sets
